Band Happenings – February 3rd, 2025
Hello GP Band Families!
First of all, a HUGE thank you for the donations and volunteers that helped make our annual Swing Dance and the Ice Cream Social a huge success! Our program costs were minimal because of everyone’s effort and help!.
This Week:
- Tuesday, February 4th – Wind Ensemble field trip to UW Band Festival
- Wednesday, February 6th – Final Disney Land payment due – $630
- Friday, February 7th – Basketball Double Header @6pm. Call time is 5:30pm
- Saturday, February 8th – MPMEA Solo & Ensemble Contest hosted by Glacier Peak High School The band boosters are excited to host the adjudicators as well as make a little something for the club. There’s a volunteer opportunity for Saturday that should be really fun!

- GP Band Spirit Wear: Thank you so much for those who have already been ordering from our GP Band Spirit Wear site. The boosters earn 10% from each sale. Just as a reminder, orders will be processed by Streamline Imaging in Snohomish and completed orders will be distributed at school.
- Amazon Wish List: Another way to contribute to the band is to order items directly through our curated Amazon Wish List, making an immediate impact on our students’ musical journey.
